An exquisite and wonderfully worked length of Dresden work, which may have been dress trim.
There are many fillings and the design is elegant and well thought out. It has a small band of muslin trim which has some small antique repairs. The color is light cream.
This is a strong and robust length, although very finely worked and of an amazing quality. It originates from the Margaret Simeon Collection. Rare in this condition.
