Shipping and Payment

Layaway facilities can be arranged over 2 - 6 months. Please ask for details.

US customers can pay by cashier's check, money order or bank transfer.

European customers may pay by bank transfer or "mandat international" (Post office cash transfer), or in the case of UK customers, a sterling cheque is acceptable.

Payment is due upon placment of your order.

Conversions to Euros or UK sterling will be converted at the rate of the day.

I give very accurate descriptions of items including any faults. However, if you are not satisfied with the piece I will make a refund on receiving the item back without delay, and in the same condition as when it left me. Return insured postage is at your expense.

It should be borne in mind that antique textiles are very seldom "mint" and a certain patination and sign of wear is to be expected, and even desirable. If you wish any further photos of any item you may be interested in, these can be sent by e-mail or post. I will also be happy to "discuss" a piece with you via e-mail.

Shipping charges from Switzerland and insurance (if requested by the buyer) are for account of the buyer. I pack very carefully and I have been shipping to many overseas destinations without any problems whatsoever.
